About Us

Three generations of experience behind every valuation

At The Eastbourne Probate Solution, our experience in antiques, jewellery and valuations spans three generations.

Led by Paul Klein, that experience has been built through years of handling, researching and assessing everything from jewellery and silver to collectables, antiques and complete household estates.

Today, Paul brings this knowledge to every valuation, providing professional probate and estate valuation services for private clients, executors and solicitors across Sussex, Kent, Surrey, Hampshire and London, as well as throughout the UK.

Experience backed by specialist knowledge

Paul brings three generations of experience in antiques, auctioneering and valuations, alongside years of hands-on knowledge assessing antiques, jewellery, collectables and complete household estates.

For items requiring specialist gemmological expertise, Paul works alongside his wife, who is a Registered Gemmologist and Pearl Appraiser, bringing additional specialist knowledge to the assessment of jewellery, gemstones and pearls within an estate.

Paul is also the owner of The Eastbourne Antiques Centre, keeping him actively involved in today's antiques market and connected with a network of specialist dealers, collectors and buyers.

Because values change. Knowing what something was worth ten years ago is one thing – understanding the market today is another.

Professional, but always personal

Paul understands that an estate isn't simply a collection of items waiting to be valued. It's often a lifetime of someone's belongings, with plenty of memories attached along the way.

That's why every valuation is approached with care, discretion and respect, while keeping the process straightforward and easy to understand.

You'll deal directly with Paul throughout, so if you're unsure about something, you can simply pick up the phone and ask.
